Easy access control set up for hotels

With Domotel, access control to the different rooms and facilities in your hotel is very easy to configure. Access is controlled using RFID cards. Permission is granted by the system, they are not incorporated physically to the card, therefore it is possible to configure card privileges without having it physically present.Cards are no longer valid once clients leave. The system must assign the card to a new client for the card to work again. In addition, the system records all the operations and transactions performed with each card enabling you to look up and track any information.

Avoid use of fake key-cards in hotel rooms

The system identifies fake cards. If it has not been discharged by the system, it simply won't work. This is very important when it comes to energy-saving management, since Domotel does not allow activating the air conditioning or any other service with any other card different than those dispensed by the system.

RFID proximity cards for different hotel uses

Domotel enables you to have different types of key-cards. All of them are configurable for each hotel's needs:

• Guest card: it always grants access to the client's room and it can be assigned permission to access the gym, the whirlpool, swimming pool, etc.
• Staff card: enables access to facilities configured in the system and grants access to rooms whenever they are not occupied by clients.
• Emergency card: grants access to the specific room or facility it is assigned to.
• Master card: enables opening any door except if its status is "blocked".
• Supermaster card: enables opening any door even if its status is "blocked".

Activate hotel services using access control key-cards

Access control cards can also manage the activation of your hotel facility services, making it easy to supervise energy consumption and staff performance.

• Staff cards only allow to turn on lights, not allowing them to use recreational facilities during work hours.
• Guest cards enable turning on room lights, TV, air conditioning and those extra services ordered by clients. Therefore one same room can have different rates depending on the different services the client demands.
• All other cards simply enable standard room functions.

• If main access to facilities is controlled by automatic entrance and exit barriers. They are also controlled these same cards.

• Staff cards are also used to supervise clock-ins in the Time&Attendance system included in Domotel.
